We’ve rewritten Timecrest 1: Fated Connections entirely to bring it up to the level of adventure, mystery, and emotion that it has always deserved. With this update, we deepened the story and characters to the level of what we always imagined and wished they could be. There will also be some new Easter eggs since it’s the season. Lastly, we kept the structure the same so it will not affect the comprehension of future story for those that have completed their journey.
But for those who choose to take the journey again, a familiar, yet fresh new adventure awaits you.
This update adds around 120,000 new words. This brings Timecrest up to a whopping total of over 640,000 words. Timecrest 2: The Door also gets a fresh coat of paint as we’ve adjusted many scenes to match. This is also our biggest app update ever with over 50 new features and bug fixes, as well as adding animations and accessibility improvements for all to enjoy.
Ash opens the pocket watch, filled with hope. Will you respond?

- Chapters 1 to 6 have been completely rewritten, and we’ve made improvements to the text in Chapters 7 through 10.
- All new animations. Lots of new animations and polish added throughout the story, such as when selecting a response, turn back time, silenced responses.
- New Notices dialog. Added a “Mark All as Read” button.
- New fullscreen Settings menu.
- Notification system completely rewritten.
- New Help/FAQ page accessible from Settings.
- Added a social hub in Relationships, so you always have an easy link to access the community.
- Added a tutorial to prompt you to buy teleport orbs from the merchant.

INTRODUCING SKIP CRYSTALS
Skipping with Time Crystals was unnecessarily complicated–it would cost more or less depending on how much time you wanted to skip. Now, we're simplifying this more than ever. One Skip Crystal can be used skip any timer, no matter how long it is. Skip Crystals can be purchased with Time Crystals.
THE NEW SHOP
We have several exciting new special packs offered in our brand new shop:
- MASTER OF TIME: Skips all timers 6 hours or less at no additional cost. Effect lasts 7 days.
- MEMORY COLLECTOR: Doubles Memory Remnants earned when completing a chapter. Effect lasts 7 days.

- Adjusted several timers in Timecrest 1 for better story flow - most were reduced, one was increased.
- Timecrest now requires Internet when you open the app. It used to only check for some scenarios like collecting Morty and TOD Generator, but we need a more stable time check. This bug was causing lost progress, time desync errors and sync errors with the Apple Watch, so we're now synchronizing the time more aggressively.
